Star Wars Geek Wedding

Once again something for Star Wars fans. This is one wedding which was presented in Star Wars world. Very geeky. Joda, Darth Vader, stormtrooper soldier and many others were there. If you are truly fan maybe you will love this one.

…. and they will probably have both trilogies memorized by age 7.

The only thing I could think was “Why does Ackbar have a lightsaber? He’s not a Jedi.”

Why did no one come as Luke, Han, or Lando?

Some of the costumes are a bit lame as well. Could’ve tried harded.

“Please be aware that as much as we would love to have you attend our wedding, you’re only going to be permitted in if you are dressed in appropriate attire for a ‘Star Wars’ themed wedding.”

I’m sure that (or something similar) was on their invitations.

And, yeah…all right, I could understand being geeky enough to want a “Star Wars” themed wedding; what I don’t understand is why the (presumably groom) is dressed up as Admiral Ackbar? Unless (and this is my guess), the theme was her idea, and he didn’t want to be recognized in the pictures in the future.

This is awesome. Anyone who would come up with this theme and have their guests actually follow it, has some great friends. Great job with the costumes even if some of them are very cheap. That’s ok, not everyone has money.
